PPIC Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production planning based on customer demand forecasts and inventory levels.

• Ensure optimal inventory control to support production continuity while minimizing excess stock.

• Coordinate with Production, Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Quality to align planning activities.

• Monitor production schedules and adjust plans according to customer requirements and operational capacity.

• Lead material planning to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials.

• Analyse demand trends, inventory performance, and production capacity to improve planning accuracy.

• Establish KPIs and continuously improve PPIC processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

• Lead and develop the PPIC team to achieve departmental objectives.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational performance.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in PPIC, Production Planning, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Planning.

• At least 3 years of managerial experience leading a PPIC or Supply Chain team.

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Production Planning

  • Inventory Management

  • Material Requirement Planning (MRP)

  • Demand Forecasting

  • Supply Chain Management

• Experience in the Medical Device, Electronics, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, or other highly regulated manufacturing industries will be an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as Business Central, SAP, etc.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
