- fluent in writing, reading, and listening to Mandarin Manage end-to-end recruitment for the company’s accounting positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer communication, and onboarding follow-up.
- Support client companies in recruiting Chinese-speaking employees, including understanding hiring needs, identifying suitable candidates, arranging interviews, and maintaining communication with clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain recruitment channels in Indonesia, such as local job portals, social media, referrals, Chinese-speaking communities, recruitment agencies, and other talent networks.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates’ professional background, work experience, language ability, salary expectations, availability, and overall job fit.
- Assist foreign employees and client companies with visa and stay permit matters in Indonesia, including coordination for VITAS, ITAS/KITAS, RPTKA, DKPTKA, and other related documents where applicable.
