About the Role
Fold Artisan Bakery is looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef – Savory to lead our kitchen team. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional food quality, maintaining operational excellence, developing the team, and driving continuous improvement across all savory kitchen operations.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or in an equivalent leadership position.
Basic English communication skills are required.
Previous experience in a café, bakery, brunch restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent knowledge of food safety, HACCP, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Strong understanding of food costing, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
Experience in menu development and product innovation.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Achieve food cost targets.
Maintain kitchen labor cost within budget.
Deliver high guest satisfaction.
Ensure food consistency and presentation standards.
Minimize food waste.
