Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct land, construction, and site surveys using surveying instruments and GPS equipment.
- Measure and determine property boundaries, elevations, and site dimensions accurately.
- Prepare, review, and maintain survey reports, maps, drawings, and related documentation.
- Establish reference points and markers for construction projects.
- Assist engineers and project managers by providing accurate survey data.
- Verify survey data and ensure measurements comply with project specifications.
- Monitor site conditions and perform as-built surveys during and after construction.
- Operate and maintain surveying equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other project personnel regarding survey activities.
- Ensure all surveying work complies with company standards, safety regulations, and applicable laws.
- Perform other surveying-related duties as assigned by management.
