Roles & Responsibilities
- Create intuitive wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes for web and desktop applications.
- Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points in the aquaculture domain.
- Design clean, accessible, and responsive user interfaces (UI) that adhere to modern web/desktop design standards and design systems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to ensure design feasibility, smooth handoff, and quality implementation.
- Iterate on design solutions based on user feedback, technical constraints, and data-driven insights.
Skills & Capabilities
- Available for a full-time internship for a minimum duration of 3 months.
- Strong foundational understanding of UX principles, UI design, and design systems for desktop or web platforms.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma (a portfolio showcasing web or desktop projects is required).
- Sharp attention to visual detail, typography, grid layouts, and interactive elements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present design decisions and articulate design rationale to cross-functional teams.
- A strong drive and passion to contribute to the Aquaculture industry.
