Position Summary
The F&B Manager serves as the primary leader for all dining and culinary operations within the establishment. This role requires a unique blend of international service standards and a deep understanding of Indonesian hospitality (Keramahtamahan). You will hold direct accountability for both Front-of-House (FOH) and the kitchen area (Back-of-House), ensuring that every dish meets rigorous local safety and Halal standards while driving profitability through efficient resource management.
Essential Functions
1. Operational & Kitchen Oversight with Guest Satisfaction Target
2. Culinary & Financial Management in term of revenue and cost
3. Team Leadership & Development to level up the employee
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing kitchen operations in the Hospitality Industry
Education: Bachelor's Degree (SI) or Diploma (D3/D4) in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Languages: Professional-level English (written and spoken)
