Warehouse Staff

Job Descriptions:

1. Ensure that all inbound and outbound warehouse transactions are properly documented in a complete and organized manner.

2. Ensure that the team works in accordance with the established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

3. Conduct performance evaluations for each team member.

4. Carry out 5R activities with the team before leaving the work area.

5. Perform regular stock-taking (stock opname) activities.

6. Prepare monthly work reports covering the team's performance and the improvements that have been implemented.
   

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.

1. Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in logistics or warehouse operations is preferred.

2. Ready and willing to work in the Field (Love to work in the Field 100%)

3. Proficient in Arithmetic / Mathematics and Logic

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP is a plus.

5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.

6. Disciplined, responsible, reliable, highly initiative, and able to work well in a team.

7. Familiar with SMK3, 5R principles, and ISO 9001

8. Willing to work in shifts (3 shifts), under pressure, and available for overtime if needed.

9. Monday to Friday:
   Shift 1: 6 am to 2 pm
   Shift 2: 2 pm to 10 pm
   Shift 3: 10 pm to 6 am.
   Saturday: 
   Shift 1: 6 am to 11 am
   Shift 2: 11 am to 4 pm
   Shift 3: 4 pm to 9 pm
