Nutritionist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Customer Consultation & Education

• Provide basic nutrition consultations for customers via chat, call, or online sessions.
• Guide customers on how to use our products safely and effectively as part of a healthy lifestyle.
• Answer questions related to weight management, digestion, fiber intake, daily consumption limits, kids nutrition, etc.
• Communicate in an empathetic, non-judgmental way, without overpromising results.

B. Product & Nutrition Support

• Review product formulas and ingredients from a nutrition and safety perspective.
• Give input on serving size, target consumers, and responsible product claims.
• Assist in preparing nutrition information, usage recommendations, and FAQ materials.

C. Content & Brand Support

• Work with the marketing team to create educational content (scripts, captions, short articles) for social media and campaigns.
• Occasionally appear as a speaker for live sessions, webinars, or community events (if comfortable).

D. Compliance & Ethics

• Ensure all advice is aligned with basic nutrition guidelines and professional ethics.
• Understand the boundaries between general nutrition advice and medical conditions that must be referred to a doctor.

QUALIFICATIONS

A. Must-Have:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition / Dietetics / Nutrition Science or related field.
• Preferably holds a valid nutritionist license/registration.
• 0–1 year of experience providing nutrition consultations.
• Strong fresh graduates with internship/clinical experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of basic macro & micro nutrition & daily requirements for weight management
• Able to explain scientific concepts in simple, friendly language for non-medical audiences.
• Comfortable using basic digital tools (Google Docs/Sheets, email, chat apps, etc.).

B. Nice to Have:

• Experience working with health / wellness / F&B brands.
• Experience creating content for social media (IG, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of product claims and simple regulatory considerations.
• Interest in topics like healthy lifestyle, digestion/gut health, and sustainable weight management.
