We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to lead our finance function and ensure strong financial governance across the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing finance and accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, and supporting management with financial insights for business decision-making.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a proactive mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to integrity, process improvement, and operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, management reports, cash flow reports, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
Budgeting & Financial Planning: Lead annual budgeting, project budget monitoring, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial performance aligns with business objectives.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Monitor company cash flow, payment schedules, collections, and working capital to maintain healthy financial operations.
Accounting Operations: Ensure all accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing, are completed accurately and on time.
Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate corporate tax administration and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, statutory reporting, and government requirements.
Payroll & Employee Financial Administration: Review payroll calculations, employee reimbursements, and statutory contributions to ensure accuracy and compliance before payment processing.
Internal Control & Financial Governance: Develop and strengthen financial controls, approval processes, financial policies, and standard operating procedures to improve transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency.
Audit Coordination: Act as the primary contact for internal and external audits, ensuring complete documentation and timely resolution of audit findings.
ERP & Financial Systems: Manage financial data within ERP or accounting systems, ensure data accuracy, and continuously improve finance processes through system optimization.
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the Finance & Accounting team while promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with management and cross-functional departments to provide financial insights, evaluate business initiatives, and support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
Hands-on experience managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and month-end/year-end closing.
Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
Experience coordinating payroll review and employee-related financial administration.
Experience working with ERP or accounting systems.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a project-based, professional services, agency, consulting, or service-oriented business.
Brevet A & B certification is an advantage.
Experience leading process improvement, internal control enhancement, or finance transformation initiatives.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
