Waruna Shipping Group, a leading player in Indonesia’s maritime industry, is continuously evolving to build a strong, future-ready organization. As part of our transformation, we are looking for a driven and analytical individual to join us as a Strategic Management Office Specialist.
This role is about driving performance excellence and ensuring strategic alignment across the organization. You will play a key role in strengthening KPI frameworks, performance monitoring, and business planning execution.
Responsibilities:
Develop and cascade individual KPIs aligned with company strategy
Lead KPI socialization and ensure effective implementation across departments
Continuously enhance KPI frameworks and performance measurement systems
Conduct operational and departmental performance reviews
Support the development of annual departmental work plans
Execute and monitor Strategic Business Planning initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major, Master’s degree is preferred
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in strategic planning or related roles
Strong understanding of KPI development, performance management systems, and business planning
Experience or knowledge in the shipping industry will be a plus
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Detail-oriented with strong project and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Good communication & negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
Willing to be based in Medan, with an initial 6–12 months of on-the-job training in Jakarta based on business needs
