Student Counselor

Requirements:

·         Bachelor or Master degree in Psychology, Communication, Education, or Administrative Management

·         Minimum 3 years of work experience in a related field

·         Proficient in Customer Relations, Management, and Microsoft Office

·         Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills

·         Responsive and committed to excellence

·         Proficient in written and spoken English

·         Knowledgeable about education-related rules and regulations

·         Excellent active listening and communication skills

·         Patient, friendly, and approachable personality

Job Description:

·         Guide students in clarifying their educational goals and objectives, addressing personal concerns, and exploring alternative solutions to problems

·         Conduct regular counseling sessions for students

·         Handle administrative tasks necessary to support the coaching process and student development programs

·         Coordinate with relevant departments in organizing Orientation Day for new students

·         Arrange meetings with parents (when necessary) to follow up on students' progress and development, in agreement with the departments involved

·         Document and report each counseling session to the Supervisor

·         Participate in projects and/or student activities organized within ESMOD Jakarta
