Marketing Manager for Tobacco Background

Job Description

•Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

•Plan and manage product launch strategies and marketing campaigns.

•Conduct market research and consumer behavior analysis.

•Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities.

•Collaborate with Sales and Branding teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.

•Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.

•Evaluate campaign performance using KPIs and ROI analysis.

•Coordinate with external agencies and business partners.

•Prepare marketing reports and strategic recommendations for management.

•Ensure all marketing activities comply with applicable tobacco advertising regulations.

Job Qualifications

•Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related discipline.

•Has a background in the field of electronic cigarettes

•Proficient in English (both spoken and written); Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

•Minimum 5–8 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a managerial position.

•Mandatory: Previous experience working in the Cigarette/Tobacco Industry as a Marketing Manager or equivalent.

•Strong understanding of FMCG marketing strategies and consumer insights.

•Experience in trade marketing, product marketing, and market analysis.

•Excellent project management and leadership skills.

•Strong analytical thinking with data-driven decision-making capability.

•Excellent presentation and communication skills.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
