Position Summary – Sourcing Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sourcing Staff to join our team. Reporting directly to the Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for managing sourcing activities across assigned product categories, while also developing and maintaining strong business relationships with both suppliers and customers. This role requires initiative, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities that drive growth and enhance competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with factories and suppliers from various countries.
Develop new suppliers and continuously evaluate their performance to ensure product quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
Identify and approach potential new customers, expanding business opportunities for the company.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to secure the best value.
Compare costs across multiple factories to ensure competitive pricing strategies.
Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and product information to customers.
Collaborate closely with the Sourcing Manager to align sourcing activities with company objectives.
Monitor market trends, new product developments, and industry movements to identify sourcing opportunities and support continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English.
Computer Literacy: Strong skills in MS Office and related software.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic calculations for cost analysis and quotations.
Negotiation & Communication: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Multitasking and Prioritization: Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Adaptability: Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Willing to be based in Denpasar, Bali & Bali domiciled prefered.
