- Project Design: Build logic frameworks, set project goals, and plan new action steps.
- Partnerships: Meet with donors, local groups, and public agencies to grow support.
Required Skills
- Education: A master or university degree in social sciences, public policy, or international development.
- Communication: Strong writing and speaking skills for reports and presentations.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years working in LAZ, non-profits, aid agencies, or fundraising roles
