LEGAL LITIGATION (SENIOR MANAGER)

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Minimize or prevent potential litigation risks and provide services needed by business legal process.

• Provide effective legal advisory and managements including guidance, counseling,and advice.

• Manage and monitor outstanding litigation and legal threats.

Manage all legal issues.

• Represent company when handling legal matters and government relations

• Build and maintain good relationship with government and authorities.

Manage dispute.

• Conduct pre-claim investigation, legal research, and initial case & claims assessment.

• Draft pleadings & motion documents to be filed in court.

• Conduct interview and establish chronology off acts.

• Liaise between trial teams and internal/external third parties.

• Provide assistance & guidance to all departments for case settlements.

• Produce monthly case progress summary report.

REQUIREMENT :

• Master's Degree in Law with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university

• Licensed Advocate/Attorney is highly preferred.

• Minimum 10–15 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role handling corporate litigation.

• Experience in industrial estate, infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, construction, ports, or property sectors is highly desirable.

• Attention to detail, strong analytical thinking and good interpersonal skill

• Fluent in English

• Willing to be placed at GRESIK, EAST JAVA
