Qualification:
Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field.
Fresh Graduates are welcome
Fluent in English both oral and written
Computer literated

Job Description:
Record, monitor, and maintain export & import logistics data and documentation
Coordinate with suppliers, shippers, shipping lines, forwarders, and PPJK regarding document requirements, arrangements, and customs clearance processes
Ensure all export & import documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with applicable regulations
Monitor shipment and document progress to ensure timely receipt and delivery
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, procurement, and finance) for shipment planning, payment arrangements, and reporting
Prepare and maintain export & import reports
