Performance & Reward Specialist

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end Performance Management process, including KPI setting, performance reviews, calibration, and annual appraisal.

• Develop and maintain KPI frameworks, performance metrics, and evaluation tools across departments.

• Manage salary structure, job grading, compensation reviews, and salary benchmarking to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.

• Administer merit increases, incentive, bonus, and promotion processes accurately and in accordance with company policies.

• Analyze reward and performance data, develop dashboards, and drive process automation to improve efficiency and reporting.

• Develop and maintain remuneration policies, performance frameworks, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

• Partner with business leaders to provide insights and recommendations related to performance management and total rewards.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related fields.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Reward, or Organization Development.

• Strong knowledge of salary structure, job grading, KPI management, performance appraisal, and compensation & benefits.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and HRIS.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.

• Experience in salary benchmarking, HR analytics, or reward automation is a plus.
