Marketing & Trainer Sr. Manager

About role:

This dual focused role merges creative product marketing, training strategy, and public speaking. You will design digital and traditional marketing campaigns for our products, while directly leading training seminars, roadshows, and webinars. Your primary goal is to educate, motivate, and equip our distributors/members with the knowledge and digital tools required to maximize their sales through both networking channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Marketing Management

• Executive Reporting: Report directly to the President Director regarding marketing, training, and operational progress.

• Campaign & Promotion Strategy: Schedule and oversee core marketing activities (Product Launching, Promotions, and Rewards) across e-commerce and marketplace ecosystems.

• Team Leadership: Supervise the internal marketing team to plan and execute monthly and yearly project schedules.

• Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative team to produce digital marketing tools (videos, catalogs, social media content) optimized for members.

• Market Intelligence: Monitor trends in the biotech, health supplement, anti-aging, and e-commerce industries.

2. Training & Network Development

• Corporate Speaker: Act as the lead speaker for nationwide product launches, recognition nights, roadshows, and online sessions.

• Module Development: Create and develop comprehensive training modules covering product science, motivation, public speaking, and digital sales techniques.

• Business Centre Support: Train, evaluate, and support Service Business Centres across Indonesia to solve localized marketing problems and boost sales productivity.

• Program Promotion: Present and promote new head office marketing programs directly to Service Centres and network members.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the MLM/Direct Selling industry is mandatory, preferably in Marketing, Product Training, Brand Management, or related functions. Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Health & Beauty industries is an advantage.

• Public Speaking: Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills, with a proven track record of training large audiences (offline and online).

• Network Management: Experienced in managing, mentoring, or supporting widespread business branches/centres.

• Digital Skills: Highly familiar with e-commerce ecosystems, social commerce.

• Attributes: High energy, strategic thinker, target oriented, and willing to travel frequently across Indonesia.

• Language: Fluent in English & Mandarin proficiency is a major plus.
