Sales, Leasing, Business Development (Placement: Bintan, Riau Islands)

We are looking for a proactive, commercially driven, and relationship-oriented Sales & Leasing Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills, enjoys building strategic partnerships, and is passionate about identifying new business opportunities that contribute to the growth of Bintan Resorts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new leasing opportunities across Bintan Resorts' commercial assets.

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective tenants, investors, and business partners.

• Prepare leasing proposals, commercial offers, rental simulations, and supporting documentation.

• Conduct site inspections, business presentations, and leasing negotiations.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth leasing transactions and project implementation.

• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities to support commercial growth.

What We Need

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; experience in property, hospitality, or commercial leasing is preferred.

• Strong business development, negotiation, and sales closing skills.

• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

• Target-oriented, proactive, self-driven, and demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and accountability.

• Willing to be placed in Lagoi, Bintan, Kepulauan Riau.
