SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER/MARKETING

We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and organized Social Media Manager / Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts and strengthen our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across multiple social media platforms while developing marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Manage the company’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
• Design or coordinate the creation of graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
• Monitor audience engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other digital advertising platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales and management teams to develop marketing campaigns that support business goals.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required with relevant experience).
• At least 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
