We're looking for a proactive & detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee maintenance, renovation, and expansion projects across our restaurant brands. This role will be responsible for coordinating contractors, managing internal maintenance teams, and ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to company standards.

Qualifications

• Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali.

• 1-3 years of experience in Project Management, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience managing construction, renovation, maintenance, or fit-out projects.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and drive performance from contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Strong negotiation, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and operational standards.

• Able to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Experience in the F&B, hospitality, retail, or commercial property industry is preferred.

Scope of work

• Coordinate contractors and vendors during outlet construction, renovation, and expansion projects.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to company quality standards.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and proactively implement solutions.

• Supervise finishing works and ensure high-quality project execution before handover.

• Manage and coordinate internal technicians team for maintenance and repair activities across outlets.

• Plan, prioritize, and monitor maintenance projects to ensure operational continuity.

• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and coordinate external vendors for specialized repair, upgrade, and renovation projects.

• Ensure all maintenance and project activities comply with safety procedures and company standards.

• Develop long-term solutions for maintenance and facility-related issues rather than temporary fixes.

• Manage multiple ongoing projects while maintaining clear communication with Outlet Managers and Management.

• Prepare project updates, timelines, and progress reports for stakeholders.

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve facilities, infrastructure, equipment, and project execution processes.
