? Role and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for students throughout the enrolment and student visa processes, providing personalised guidance and support.

• Collaborate with admission officers to facilitate the enrolment process for students, ensuring accurate and timely submission of required documents.

• Manage and oversee the visa application process, guiding students through the necessary steps and documentation for Australian visa.

• Provide expert advice on visa requirements, eligibility criteria, and immigration regulations, ensuring compliance and successful visa outcomes.

• Offer ongoing support and assistance to students, addressing any concerns or challenges they may encounter during the enrolment and visa processes.

• Stay informed on changes to Australia immigration policies, keeping up-to-date with developments that may impact student visa applications.

• Collaborate with other teams to enhance the overall student experience and optimise service delivery.

? Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the education industry, with a focus on enrolment and student visa processes.

• Strong understanding of Australia's educational institutions and their admission requirements, as well as student visa regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to students

• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Willingness to relocate to Bali and work in the office
