Business Development & Expansion Executive

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Project Management, or related fields.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Franchise, Retail, F&B, Store Expansion, Project Management, or related industries. (fresh graduate also welcomed)

• Experience in franchise or chain-store operations is preferred.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Able to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to travel for business trips and site visits.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Passionate about business growth and willing to grow together with the company.

• English Speaker Active ( Mandarin is a plus)

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement various One Meter store models in accordance with the company's business strategy.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through partnerships, strategic collaborations, and market expansion.

• Coordinate store expansion projects, including new outlet openings, renovations, and project execution to ensure timely completion.

• Support franchise development by handling business presentations, partner coordination, and franchise-related projects.

• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and external business partners.

• Plan and coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to strengthen brand awareness.

• Prepare project reports, monitor progress, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation.

• Perform other strategic business development tasks assigned by the Director.
