Responsibilities:
Develop and manage sales activities within the Traditional Trade / General Trade channel for retail products, including electronics and non-electronics.
Identify, approach, and acquire new retail outlets, wholesalers, and distribution channels to drive business growth.
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with B2B customers and key retail accounts.
Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and analyze market trends.
Achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Prepare sales reports, monitor account performance, and recommend strategies to improve sales effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Traditional Trade / General Trade sales within the retail industry.
Experience handling electronics and/or non-electronics retail products is highly preferred.
Proven track record in developing new business and acquiring new outlets.
Strong network and extensive customer database within the Traditional Trade / General Trade market.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Willing to travel for regular customer visits.
