👨‍🍳 LOWONGAN: COOK (Spesialis Chinese, Nusantara, Melayu & Western)

📍 Lokasi: Bungo, Jambi

📌 TUGAS & TANGGUNG JAWAB:

Memasak menu Chinese (seperti kwetiau, mie goreng, capcay, ayam goreng mentega, dll)
Menyiapkan & mengolah hidangan Nusantara, Melayu, Chinese, & Western
Menjaga kualitas rasa, tekstur, dan penyajian makanan sesuai standar
Melakukan persiapan bahan harian (prep work) dengan disiplin
Mengontrol stok bahan dapur dan melapor ke supervisor
Memastikan kebersihan, sanitasi, dan kerapian area dapur
Bekerja sama dengan tim service dan barista untuk kelancaran operasional

✅ KUALIFIKASI:

✔ Pengalaman sebagai cook minimal 3–5 tahun di restoran/cafe

✔ Menguasai jenis masakan Chinese, Nusantara, Melayu, dan Western

✔ Mampu bekerja cepat, teliti, dan konsisten di bawah tekanan

✔ Bersih, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab

✔ Domisili di Bungo atau sekitarnya (prioritas)

✔ Bersedia bekerja shift (pagi/siang/malam) termasuk akhir pekan
