About the role

We are seeking an experienced Club Runner to join Shishi Izakaya Lounge & Nightclub Bali in Badung. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to manage the day-to-day operations of one of Bali's premier entertainment venues. As Club Runner, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the club's operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences whilst maintaining high standards of service, safety and profitability. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our establishment and requires someone with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for the hospitality and entertainment industry.

Key responsibilities

1. Oversee all daily operational activities of the club, including opening and closing procedures

2. Manage and supervise all staff members, including bartenders, servers, security personnel and entertainment staff

3. Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times

4. Monitor and control operational costs, budgets and expenditure to maximise profitability

5. Coordinate with management on event planning, entertainment scheduling and promotional activities

6. Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations

7. Manage inventory, stock levels and ordering of beverages, food and supplies

8. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly

9. Conduct staff training and development to ensure high performance standards

10. Monitor club atmosphere, music, lighting and overall guest experience quality

11. Prepare reports on daily operations, sales figures and performance metrics

12. Implement and enforce club policies and procedures consistently

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience (3-5 years minimum) as a Club Manager, Club Runner or similar supervisory role in a nightclub, bar or hospitality establishment

2. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff

3. Excellent understanding of nightclub and bar operations, including beverage service and inventory management

4. Knowledge of local Balinese regulations and compliance requirements for entertainment venues

5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

6. Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally

7. Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost control

8. Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills

9. Fluency in English; Indonesian language skills are highly desirable

10. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required

11. Knowledge of F&B operations and customer service best practices

12. Experience with point-of-sale systems and operational software is preferred
