About The Company:
The working venue is in South Jakarta.
Our client is an Japanese Logistics company. Currently, they are looking for Customer Service Ocean Export and Import.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end Ocean Export Import operations
Coordinate and book vessel space with shipping lines
Communicate and liaise with overseas agents, customers, and shipping lines
Prepare and process export documentation
Create job orders and issue invoices accurately and timely
Monitor shipment progress and ensure smooth export operations
Resolve operational issues and provide timely updates to customers
Ensure compliance with company procedures and export regulations
Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Business level of English
Minimum 3 years of experience as Export-Import for Ocean freight forwarding from foreign company
Experienced in using CargoWise
Good knowledge of export-import procedures and shipping documentation, familiarity with liner/shipping line operations
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively, detail-oriented and customer-focused
