Responsibilities:
Analyze website traffic, sales data, and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities and support marketing strategies
Process orders, handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
Coordinate with marketing online teams to execute promotional activities and track results
Update and editing : product descriptions, images, and content; ensure site compliance with legal regulations and company policies
Ensure secure handling of customer data and transaction processes
Plan and coordinate live host schedules to ensure smooth and timely live streaming operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in e?commerce operations or online retail administration.
Strong knowledge of e?commerce platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada) is a must.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem?solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
