Job Description:
Cross-selling initiatives across multiple Sparks Education programs
Engage with parents through both offline and online channels to drive student enrollment across multiple Sparks programs
Convert trial participants and existing students into paid enrollments through effective consultation and structured follow-up
End-to-end sales pipeline and ensuring strong conversion at each stage
Consistent and proactive follow-up with parents (calls, WhatsApp, in-person) to maximize conversion
Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
Minimum Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in sales roles (e.g., Customer Success, SPG/SPB, Education Consultant, Membership Sales, Hospitality, or any role with sales exposure)
Experience in B2C sales with targets (Experience in education industry is a plus)
Strong communication and persuasion skills, especially in engaging with parents
Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
Persistent and resourceful in achieving sales goals
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
Ability to probe and understand customer needs, and translate them into relevant solutions
