- Identify and approach potential customers to generate sales.
- Present and explain products or services to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
- Monitor product inventory and report low stock levels when necessary.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
