Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls for a telecommunications account.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries, account updates, service requests, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to mobile, internet, or phone services.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and update account information accurately in company systems.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and data privacy guidelines.

Qualifications:

-At least 6 months CCE

-High School/SHS Graduate

-B2

Salary up to 30k Package

Hiring Week of 12th and 26th

·         Must be 18 years of age and above

·         At least high school graduate with diploma/certificate

·         Must NOT be a student/enrolled, and should have NO plans in pursuing their studies w/in 2 years employment in TP

·         Willing to work full-time and in shifting schedule (No Part-time)

·         Candidate must NOT be a former Teleperformance employee

·         No prior application with Teleperformance for the past 30 days

·         Average to excellent English communication skills

·         Computer literate and with good web navigation skills

·         Available to start ASAP
