Operational Manager Padel

About the role

PT Rajafa Boga Dunia is seeking an Operational Manager Padel to join our growing hospitality and tourism management team. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta, where you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our padel facilities, ensuring exceptional service delivery and an outstanding guest experience. As Operational Manager Padel, you will play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence, managing staff performance, and driving the commercial success of our padel operations whilst upholding our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of daily padel facility operations, including court maintenance, equipment management and facility cleanliness

• Oversee staff scheduling, training and performance management to ensure high levels of customer service

• Monitor and control operational budgets, costs and revenue targets to maximise profitability

• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and safety protocols in compliance with industry standards

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and concerns, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution

• Coordinate court bookings, reservations and scheduling systems to optimise facility utilisation

• Maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure quality goods and services

• Conduct regular facility inspections and maintenance checks to ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition

• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare operational reports for management review

• Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase membership and court bookings

• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations at all times

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, sports facility management or related operational management role

• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving operational targets

• Strong knowledge of padel sport or similar racquet sports facilities (desirable but not essential)

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively

• Outstanding customer service orientation and strong interpersonal communication skills

• Proficiency in facility management systems, booking platforms and Microsoft Office applications

• Sound understanding of budgeting, financial management and P&L responsibilities

• Problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-focused approach

• Fluency in Indonesian and English; additional languages are advantageous

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
