About the role

Planning position will work in Planning department and oversees activities such as Planning, Scheduling and MIS related works. 

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

1. Updation of monthly update of Project Schedule in Primavera P6  

2. Preparation of MIS documents as per project requirements

3. Preparation of Project’s Delay Analysis for Key Dates, Scenario Analysis, Milestones and EOT submissions along with coordination with Railway Systems Stakeholders and subsystem wise programmers.

4. Knowledge of Project Milestones both physical and financial and Costing and Quantity Surveying (QS) activities as assigned as per project requirements.

5. Ensure compliance with contractual terms related to Physical Progress, MIS payment, invoicing, taxes, and milestones.

6. Close coordinate with Engineers/ MRTJ, planning, procurement, Accounts teams and all PICS for smooth functioning of contractual/ financial matters.

7. Support in day-to-day ‘Contracts & Claims’ documentation, Client correspondence.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor’s degree in civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering disciplines.

2. Certification in Primavera P6 is preferred.

3. 5 + years of relevant experience in a similar role in MRT/LRT/ Railway Projects

4. Basic proficiency of ERP tools / softwares, including OneDrive and server management. Proficient in MS Word and Excel, PowerPoint etc.

5. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to maintain excellent customer relationships.

6. Excellent typing, editing, and numerical skills.

7. Strong data organization abilities.

8. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
