Learning & Development and Organizational Development Specialist

EcoSocioTech School (formerly HighScope Indonesia) is an internationally accredited school under Redea Institute throughout Indonesia. Our programs range from early childhood to elementary, middle school, and high school.

We're looking for candidates who are available to join ASAP.

This position is for our head office in TB Simatupang, South Jakarta. WFO Monday-Friday 08.00-17.00.

Job Descriptions:

1. Responsible for Learning & Development and Organizational Development end-to-end business processes

2. Ensure business continuity through the development of future leaders by leading the annual talent review processes

3. Facilitating dialogue with business leaders to assess employees’ performance and potential across the organization, coordinating development and succession planning efforts

4. Developing KPI, performance management & performance grading for employees

5. Implements, coordinates, and manages additional development projects as needed

6. Keeps up with developments in the area of expertise by reading current journals & books

Job Requirements:

1. Educational background from Human Resources, Management, or Psychology. Master's degree and/or Professional degree from Industrial & Organizational Psychology is highly preferred

2. Preferably 3 years of experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development

3. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of human resources talent, performance drivers, and competencies

4. Strong collaboration skills with various stakeholders and company leaders

5. Strong written and verbal English skills

6. Strong interpersonal and engaging communication ability
