- Supervise and guide sales agents on daily activities within Area/territory.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure KPIs are achieved.
- Conduct regular field visit and market inspections within Area/territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and distributors.
- Implement company sales programs and promotional activities within Area/territory.
- Train, coach and motivate sales team.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within Area/territory.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising and inventory availability within Area/territory.
- Resolve client concerns and provide after sales support.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Performs such other functions as assigned
