We are urgently looking for a proactive and target-driven Marketing Stadd to promote and lease commercial spaces by identifying prospective tenants, maintaining strong client relationships, and managing the leasing process from inquiry to contract completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach prospective tenants, respond to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and/or face-to-face meetings
Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective tenants
Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, and agreements with prospective and existing tenants
Prepare leasing documents (Letter of Offer (LOO), Lease Agreement (LA), Termination Notice, etc)
Monitor lease expiry dates and follow up on lease renewals
Achieve leasing targets and contribute to maximizing property occupancy
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Public Relations, Business, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Minimum 1 year of experience in property leasing, sales, marketing, or commercial real estate. Experience in office buildings is preferred
Well-groomed with strong professional etiquette
Strong persuasive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and service oriented
