Senior Accountant & Fixed Assets

ACCOUNTING

1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

2. Record daily financial transactions, including journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities

3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

4. Perform account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations.

5. Assist iupport internal and external audits by preparing schedules and required documentation.

6. Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.

7. n audit processes by providing fixed asset schedules and supporting documentation.

8. Monitor capital expenditure (CAPEX) and ensure proper capitalization of assets.

9. Support compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control requirements.

FIXED ASSET

1. Manage and maintain the Fixed Assets Register (FAR) accurately and timely.

2. Record asset acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and write-offs in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.

3. Calculate and monitor asset depreciation and amortization.

4. Perform periodic fixed asset reconciliations between accounting records and physical assets.

5. Coordinate and conduct fixed asset verification and stock-taking activities.

6. Ensure proper asset tagging, classification, and documentation.

7. Prepare fixed asset reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

8. Assist in audit processes by providing fixed asset schedules and supporting documentation.

9. Monitor capital expenditure (CAPEX) and ensure proper capitalization of assets.

10. Support compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control requirements.

11. Identify and recommend process improvements related to fixed asset management.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Fixed Assets Accounting or General Accounting.

• Strong understanding of fixed asset accounting, depreciation methods, and financial reporting.

• Knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations related to fixed assets.

• Strong understanding of financial reporting.

• Knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• MUST BE ABLE to Speak English Or Mandarin

• Able to work in Roster at Morowali
