About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Operational Manager to lead and optimize the company's operational activities at our headquarters in Bandung, West Java. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for ensuring all operational functions run efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with the company's business objectives.
As an Operational Manager, you will oversee end-to-end operational processes, including warehouse management, inventory control, procurement coordination, supply planning, logistics, budgeting, workforce planning, and operational performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless business operations while driving continuous improvements in productivity, cost efficiency, and service quality.
This role requires a strong leader who can manage people, processes, and resources while maintaining operational excellence, supporting business growth, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute short-term and long-term operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and business performance.
Oversee daily operational activities, including warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, and distribution processes.
Plan and manage workforce allocation, operational resources, equipment, and materials to ensure optimal utilization.
Lead, supervise, coach, and evaluate operational teams to improve performance and achieve departmental KPIs.
Manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control initiatives while maintaining service quality.
Coordinate procurement planning, supplier sourcing, and inventory replenishment to ensure product availability and efficient stock management.
Analyze operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and operational effectiveness.
Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Merchandising, Retail Operations, and other departments to ensure smooth operational execution.
Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control, cycle counts, reconciliation, and warehouse optimization.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support operational consistency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety (K3), quality standards, and applicable regulations.
Prepare operational reports, KPI analysis, budgeting reports, and business recommendations for senior management.
What We're Looking For
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations management, warehouse management, supply chain, or a similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of end-to-end operational processes, including warehousing, inventory control, procurement, logistics, and supply planning.
Proven experience managing operational teams and driving performance improvements.
Experience in budgeting, cost control, resource planning, and operational performance management.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to identify operational risks and implement effective solutions.
Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or other operational management software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity, accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement mindset.
Preferably experienced in retail, fashion, FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, or multi-outlet business operations.
