About the role
We are seeking an Operation Coordinator to join the Oakberry Indonesia team. This is a full-time position based in Bali. The Operation Coordinator is responsible for supporting and overseeing daily outlet operations to ensure operational standards, service quality, and customer experience are consistently maintained. This role requires a hands-on approach in the field, strong coordination skills, and a focus on driving operational performance and efficiency across all outlets.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities across multiple outlets
Conduct regular store visits to monitor store conditions, team performance, cleanliness, product quality, and customer service standards
Ensure all outlets comply with company SOPs, operational standards, hygiene standards, and safety procedures
Support store teams in resolving operational issues and providing practical solutions in daily operations
Monitor and evaluate store performance to ensure operational targets and service standards are achieved
Assist in handling customer feedback, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
Work closely with Store Managers, Suppliers, and HO teams to ensure smooth communication and operational alignment
Support manpower coordination, scheduling, and operational planning when needed
Prepare operational reports, store visit reports, documentation, and performance updates for management
Identify operational gaps and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and customer experience
Ensure promotional campaigns, operational initiatives, and company programs are implemented properly in stores
Support new store openings, operational training, and implementation of new operational procedures when required
Maintain strong relationships with store teams and create a positive operational culture
What we're looking for
Proven experience in operations coordination, retail management, or multi-location area management within the retail or consumer products industry
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across all levels of the organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with operational management systems or software
Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high operational standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred
Willing to travel frequently and conduct regular store visits
