R&D Engineer

Key Responsibilities?

1?Research market demand in Indonesia, develop new products such as condiments, complete formula design, pilot test, pilot production and finalization.

2?Optimize production process parameters, solve technical issues in production, and improve product stability and production efficiency.

3?Establish and improve testing standards for new products, cooperate with QC department for quality verification, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

4?Research and evaluate new local raw materials, conduct applicability tests, and ensure stable supply and cost control of raw materials.

5?Provide technical guidance to production and QC departments, and solve technical problems during product production and storage.

6?Sort out R&D experimental data, compile R&D reports and technical documents, and establish and maintain product technical files.

Qualifications?

1?Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Food Science and Engineering, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering or related fields is preferred.

2?More than 2 years of R&D or technical experience in food/condiment industry.

3?Familiar with condiment production processes, food safety regulations and product testing methods; priority to those with knowledge of Indonesian food market and local raw materials.

4?Proficient in office software and experimental instruments, with good experimental design and data analysis abilities.

5?Innovative thinking, rigorous and careful work attitude, with good cross-departmental communication and
