HR Generalist
Placement: BIENSI HQ (Gedebage, Bandung)
The HR Generalist will support end-to-end recruitment, employee development, and organizational development initiatives. This role is also responsible for developing HR systems, policies, SOPs, and organizational documents aligned with business needs. The position will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to improve HR processes and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, sourcing, candidate screening, interviews, and job offers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and ensure an effective hiring process.
Develop and update Job Descriptions, Job Specifications, and organizational structures in line with business needs.
Develop competency frameworks, skill matrices, and job grading systems to support effective human capital management.
Identify training needs through Training Needs Analysis (TNA), coordinate training delivery, and evaluate the effectiveness of employee development programs.
Develop, review, and update HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other HR documents based on organizational needs.
Support Organizational Development projects, including organizational design, job analysis, and process improvement.
Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve HR programs and processes using the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) approach.
Manage employer branding initiatives and build talent pools through various recruitment channels.
Prepare reports and analyze recruitment, training, and Organizational Development data to support decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in Recruitment, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.
Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and competency-based interviews.
Knowledge of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), training coordination, and training effectiveness evaluation.
Good understanding of job analysis, Job Descriptions, organizational structures, and competency frameworks.
Experience in developing HR policies, SOPs, and other HR-related documents.
Proficient in processing HR data and preparing reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for creating flowcharts and process maps is preferred.
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
