Mental Health Counselor - Bali

Location : Bali, Indonesia
Work Type : On-Site
Work Shifts : Rotatable shifts including Day ,Evening & Night Shifts ( 8 hr/day, 5 days a week with 2 day offs. Able to work night shift)

Responsibilities:

• Provide mental health and well being related support in an organizational set-up

• Design and conduct engaging group counseling sessions and workshops on various mental health and well being topics

• Plan, facilitate, and manage individual counseling sessions to address personal challenges and promote mental well being

• Provide support through various psychological interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. (ACT), and Humanistic approaches

• Assess employee mental health and well being concerns using appropriate tools and techniques

• Create personalized treatment plans to enhance employee mental health and resilience

• Guide employees to develop coping skills to manage workplace challenges

• Offer immediate and effective support and intervention for employees experiencing crisis situations, including suicidal ideation and other mental health emergencies, following established protocols

• Generate timely and accurate reports, including session notes, progress updates, and other required documentation, in compliance with confidentiality guidelines

Qualification and Requirements:

• Must possess a country-based recognized and valid degree in Clinal Psychology

• New grads are welcome

• Experience in developing and delivering well being workshops and presentations will be advantage

• Strong understanding of ethical practices as counselors will be advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees will be advantage

• Fluency in Indonesian is required. Candidates with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English will be given an added advantage.

• Proficient in using basic computer applications for documentation and communication

• Ability to adapt to the specific needs and culture of the client organization

• Willingness to work in rotatable shifts, including potential night shifts, as required by the operational needs of the client site
