Product Marketing Operations Coordinator About The Role: We're looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Product Marketing Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our Product Marketing team. This role keeps our systems clean, our projects on track, and our stakeholders in the loop. The right candidate has a project-oriented brain, experience building process from scratch, and enough comfort with data to help us keep an eye on product usage trends. Key Responsibilities - Own day-to-day organization in Asana, including workflow management, request intake, project hygiene, and documentation - Build and maintain project documentation, status reports, and process guides - Support ongoing cleanup, organization, and hygiene of the team knowledge base (Guru) - Keep reviews, customer interviews, and product feedback organized - Monitor campaign performance and help pull together reporting and optimization recommendations - Help the team stay on top of product usage data, flagging trends and surfacing what's worth a closer look (Mixpanel or Looker experience is a nice to have) - Publish and update product-related collateral as it changes - Other duties as assigned Requirements - Detail-oriented and likes building process where none exists, keeping people on track without being asked twice - Comfortable reaching out to people directly and assigning work - Good written and verbal communication, with a service-oriented approach to working across teams - Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift - Experience with Asana or a comparable project management tool, including workflow setup and task tracking - Comfortable pulling data together from multiple sources and turning it into something people can actually use — Mixpanel or Looker familiarity preferred, not required - Experience with HubSpot, Guru, or similar tools is a plus - Experience in tech or legal is a plus At The Global Talent Co., our mission is to bridge the gap between leading global companies and amazing global talent.
