What You'll Be Doing
- Assist customers by providing prompt and accurate support.
- Handle inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Record customer interactions and update account information accurately.
- Meet quality and productivity standards while delivering excellent service.
- Collaborate with teammates to create a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- College graduate (experience is welcome but not required).
- OR completed at least 2 years of college with a minimum of 6 months of customer service-related experience.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
- Flexible to work rotating or shifting schedules.
Salary & Employee Benefits
- Monthly salary of PHP 18,000–PHP 23,000
- 13th Month Pay
