Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering, preferably in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
Minimum 7 years of experience in civil construction, mining, or infrastructure development projects, supported by an employment/reference letter.
Proficient in MS Project and/or Primavera; relevant certification is preferred.
Familiar with S-Curve monitoring, Project Recovery Plan analysis, and Cost Control / Budget Control
Possession of a First-Line Operational Supervisor (POP) Certificate and other certifications related to Project Control will be an advantage.
Applicants from East Halmahera will be prioritized, provided they meet the required competency and attitude criteria.
