Merchandiser Supervisor

SKINTIFIC the dynamic and fast-growing beauty startup currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Merchandiser Supervisor to join our offline sales team and play a pivotal role in driving our brand's success.

As the Merchandiser Supervisor at SKINTIFIC, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the merchandising strategy to ensure our products are presented effectively in retail environments. This role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market trends. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute compelling merchandising displays that captivate customers and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and optimize sales performance

• Supervise a team of merchandisers, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent execution of merchandising initiatives

• Collaborate with Sales team to align merchandising efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches

• Conduct regular store visits to assess the effectiveness of merchandising displays and gather insights into market trends

• Develop and implement strategic Assortment and New Product Development (NPD) distribution plans based on account assortment requirements

• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement of merchandising strategies

• Manage inventory levels and product placement to ensure optimal stock levels and reduce instances of out-of-stock situations

• Design and implement effective planograms to optimize product placement and enhance the customer shopping experience

• Foster strong relationships with retail partners and negotiate optimal product placement and promotional opportunities

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences

• Oversee the recruitment process and ensure timely fulfillment of Merchandiser positions based on established timelines

• Establish standardized Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Merchandisers to measure and enhance performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Fluent in English

• Proven experience in merchandising, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role

• Strong understanding of beauty and skincare industry trends

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with merchandising software
