Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive growth and performance across various online marketplaces.
- Coordinate and manage the schedules of live session hosts, ensuring they meet their targets.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key marketplace partners, ensuring compliance with platform policies and guidelines.
- Oversee product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes on various marketplaces.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, retail, and logistics, to align marketplace strategies with overall business objectives.
- Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights and generate reports on marketplace performance.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience on all marketplace platforms by analyzing customer inquiries, issues, and feedback promptly.
- Stay updated with the latest marketplace trends, tools, and best practices.
Skills:
- 3 years working experience, preferably in e-Commerce & Marketplace industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketplace management, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using marketplace management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for fashion retail and a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics.
