Position: Finance Accounting Tax

Qualification :

• Discipline, have self motivation, high integrity, honest, detail

• Minimal D3 majoring in any Accounting

• Experience 1 year at Freight Forwarding Industry in accounting is preferable

• Computer proficiency and familiar with the internet and Microsoft office

• Fluent in English both written and spoken

• Can join immediately

• Able and wiling for multi tasking job

• Preferable domicile in West Jakarta & Tangerang

Job Description:

• Honest, responsible, and high analytical skill

• Handle full set of accounts experience

• Responsible for AP, AR function including but not limited to invoicing and collections

• Monitor the aging of receivables and follow-up on collections with sales team

• Monthly bank reconciliation and cashflow management

• Maintains Fixed assets ledger and other schedules

• Posting bank entries and recording transactions and events relating to bank payments and petty cash

• Highly skill in Tax (PPH 21, 23, Article 4 (2), 25, 29) & PPN, Coretax.

• Good skill for General Ledger, Balance Sheet, Profit /Loss (financial statement report)

• Possess high attention to details, excellent analytical skill and critical thinking

• Highly motivated, have own initiative, ready to work under-pressure and able to work as a team

• Understanding of current standards, best practices and tax regulations

• Have good communication skill (both with local and foreign) and strong interpersonal skill with ability to deal with people at all levels of the organization

• Analytical skills and an eye for detail and problem solving

• Any other duties as assigned
