Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA license is an advantage but not required
- At least 2 years of experience as an Accounting Manager, Finance Manager, or in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance
- Proficient in accounting software, financial systems, and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with different departments

- Plan, implement, and oversee the company's financial strategies and objectives
- Manage the company's financial accounts, payroll, budgets, cash receipts, and financial assets
- Monitor cash flow, manage company transactions and liabilities, and prepare cash flow forecasts
- Conduct and oversee financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Ensure adherence to accounting principles, standards, regulations, and company policies
- Monitor, analyze, and reconcile financial accounting data
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support business decisions
