Sustainability Manager

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Sustainability, ESG, Environmental Management, Supply Chain Sustainability, or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role.

• Proven experience in leading sustainability initiatives within the palm oil, agribusiness, plantation, or related industries.

• Hands-on experience in EUDR (EU Deforestation Regulation) implementation, readiness, or compliance projects is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Sustainability Roadmaps and ESG strategies.

• Experience managing sustainability due diligence, supply chain traceability, and risk assessment programs.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, external consultants, customers, certification bodies, and government authorities.

• Experience with sustainability reporting and ESG performance monitoring is an advantage.

• Familiarity with RSPO, ISPO, ISCC, or other sustainability certification schemes is preferred but not mandatory.
